I love these shoes, I mean really love them for 2 purposes. 1- these are the most comfortable and universally flattering flats. I mean They seriously go with everything and keep your feet from looking chunky (WIN). 2- these are my “promotion” shoes and every time I wear them it gives a small sense of pride and accomplishment. And, let’s get real who doesn’t love a little self confidence boost. 🙂
Also known as blessed! After my promotion, I opted to forgo my reward purchase (referenced http://www.houseofholts.wordpress.com/2014/08/01/cheers/ and http://www.houseofholts.wordpress.com/2014/08/14/making-lemonade/ ) due to budget, but this week was my first week in my new role. And this Sunday I happened upon these beauties in my favorite neighborhood discount shop, and they were EXACTLY my size and never been worn!!! I was beyond excited.
Today was a big day in the Holt household and a totally random post of celebration. Today I got my first big promotion and did not even see it coming!!! So we will be adding something special to the closet…enter stage…
YAY…swoon. These have been on my wish list for 4 years. I won’t be getting then until August 8th when I get my first promotion check ;). I feel super blessed.
