Banana Bread

Tonight, we made banana bread (yum)!  Just mix the following then bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour in a greased bread pan.

What you will need:

  • 2 cups brown rice flour
  • 1 cup raw sugar
  • 1 tbsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp Himalayan salt
  • 3 tbsp soy milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/3  coconut oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar
