Clean Eating Options…

I think I have mentioned before, I LOVE smoothies.  Here is my latest and greatest concoction.  Blend the following:

  • 2 peaches- pitted and peeled
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup chopped pineapple
  • 1/3 cup unflavored Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp raw honey
  • 2 tbsp Goji powder
  • handful of ice cubes
