Some Clean Eating Options


Flavorless Greek yogurt with fresh strawberries and homemade granola.  To make granola simply combine the following ingredients and bake for 45 minutes on 250.

  • 3 cups oats
  • 1/4 cup brown rice flour
  • 2 tsp pink salt
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup raw honey (wildflower if your have allergies)
  • 2 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 almond oil
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 2 tbsp chia seed

Don’t forget to line your pan…lesson learned. 🙂


Rosemary, garlic and brown rice flour baked chicken with fresh broccoli with almond oil and pink salt. YUM!


And a fresh dessert… Just throw fresh watermelon, a handful of ice cubes, a tsp of raw sugar and juice 1/2 a Lemmon then blend.
